Service Type

Recovery-focused supported living

Our Forensics Division provides support and a safe environment for people with mental health conditions and

  • Are coming out of long-term stays in hospitals, or forensic services

  • Are subject to section 37/41 under the Mental Health act, or who have been held under home office

  • Have had a history of dealing with drug and alcohol addictions

  • Have had a history of failed placements

This division has been developed to support our service users to improve their daily living skills, equip them with the tools they need to live independently in the community and prevent clients from re-entering long-term hospital stays. The division is a mix of shared flats and high-needs shared houses for individuals transitioning from extended stays within inpatient environments.

This is a step-through service, with the aim to provide a pathway to a more independent life within private accommodation. We help support our service users to gain voluntary positions and employment.
We have a good relationship with the community mental health teams and work together to support people within the community and signpost them in the direction of any support they may need.
