Welcome to The Park, our bespoke step-through mental health rehabilitation service, providing placements for adult male service users and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

 

We have been developed to aid and facilitate successful pathways to maximise independence within the community. Our multi-disciplinary clinical team collaborates with the service user and their wider professional teams to develop personalised packages of care, including nursing, occupational, and psychological support. This support is designed to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and self-belief required to lead an independent, successful and healthy life within the community.

Situated in Falfield, South Gloucestershire, on the outskirts of Bristol, The Park is set within its own expansive grounds, offering an idyllic rural environment for individuals transitioning from extended stays within inpatient environments. Our facility spans 2 floors and features 12 ensuite bedrooms on both levels.

Additionally, we have multiple communal spaces, including a group therapy room, gym, media suite, training kitchen, reflective/prayer space, and recreation room. Our environment has been thoughtfully developed to offer a diverse range of spaces that inspire connections and minimize the fears and anxieties associated with community living.

 

By creating a serene atmosphere in a tranquil setting, we ensure that our service users can focus on their journey to recovery and successful re-engagement with the community.
